There are so many legitimate questions people have related to the One Health Pass. Also, many senior citizens do not use computers. Why doesn't the Philippine Government eliminate the One Health Pass and just let us show our vaccination card and our test result and be done with it? Most countries do not have a One Health Pass or similar document or they have eliminated the document. Why doesn't the Philippines just eliminate it and open the country as it was pre-Covid?

Hi- does the time difference matter in the Antigen result? We are flying out of LA at 1230, I understand within 24H we have to do it. But does it matter if it is 1230 in FL or it has to be within LA time which will be 330pm EST? This part is confusing me. Thanks
I just returned to the USA from Manila. Everything was easy. I had both Pfizer shots in April. I got the Antigen test on Sunday morning at 11 am and got my qr code for the test and flew out of Jax FL at 9:30 am on Monday and arrived in Manila on Tues morning and spent the last 3 weeks with my wife on our honeymoon. I purchased $50,000 travel health insurance coverage for $60 a week before I traveled. One Health Pass was easy because of Jennifer's clear instructions. I got that qr code and filled out the declaration form on the plane before arriving in Manila. I paid 120 for the test in FL but I only paid 20 for the test in Manila. Totally easy and no problems.
The confusion is in the term "departure". It does NOT mean when you depart from your country of origin because that may take a flight or two extra like with us. It means your first flight of all your flights. If someone has three flights to take in order to fly out of their country, the first flight they take is where the countdown starts. Omaha Denver LA Manila the departure flight is the Omaha flight not the flight that literally departs the country, which is LA. That doesn't matter if you have other connnecting flights.Maybe first flight on your ticket is another way of looking at it.
Agree but on our experience, traveling from Florida, which is 3 hrs ahead of LA plus the 6 hrs travel time -makes it 9 hrs less in the 48 hrs requirement for RT PCR..by the time we get to LA, the 48 hrs RT PCR was beyond..staff in PAL in LA still asks for the test that is within LA time limits, its good we took an antigen test to cover LA time..within 24 hrs..even though I responded to the boarding staff that the covid test should be counted from the airport of origin in Florida not in LA..
Get the expedited RTPCR… He will get the results in 12 hours, allowing you more time to register for the one health pass. The antigen is the same, a quick turnaround, but testing labs are only open from 6 AM to 2 PM.
just so confusing, seems like every week the Philippine Government changes these regulations ,so hard to keep up with all of this ,i am going to wait until 2023, hopefully by than all of this nonsense will be over and all you need is your passport to fly to the philippines
@@Unknown98860 Also the false negatives, which actually make the entire set up a farce. You only need one person, or untested child who's asymptomatic on a long-haul flight and that's it. In fact, that's how Covid spread initially. I think we need to learn to live with it.
Thank you so much for the updates its so helpful and please continue to inform us if there are new advisory or updates. All the best to you and God bless you.

As one person has said the rest of the world is racing ahead and the Philippines has a ball and chain around it and going absolutely nowhere. I just returned from the Philippines after five weeks there and I can tell you the check in 80% of the time went smoothly but the amount of people that turned up at the check-in desk with problems held everybody up. Lining up to leave Brisbane Australia took 90 minutes standing there with a extremely sore foot watching the check in desk clerk‘s trying to fix peoples problems it was catastrophic. on return lining up at manila airport check-in was not much different. The supervisor had to call a young Filipino tech guy from upstairs to help one elderly gentleman do his entry digital pass into Australia I thought I was never gonna get through the line. Next week when bing bong gets in if this doesn’t change God help us.
I wish it was going nowhere, but actually it is going backwards. It was a rice exporter, now an importer. Was the most advanced nation in the Pacific, now the most backward. The economy looks good on paper but all cash is in the hands of elite banana republic political dynasties. (Soon to get worse.) With a population that's gone from 17 million when MacArthur came ashore at Leyte to 120 million today... they just don't seem to get it.
@steve&b l It's beyond belief that the entire tribe were allowed back in the country. Sadly Filipinos will always be poor. Apparently he's declared he's going to track down all the stolen loot... he could try looking in the families bank account. Yet the muppets may elect him into office. Ye gods...

Our BOQ email did not show our bar code. One has to have an internet connection to reveal the bar code image. What it shows though is the approval for boarding. We've tried trying to get the QR Code so many times within the 4 hour window until 30 minutes but never got the QR Code. We got only the step of 2 bar code. It was good they did not count the 31/2 hour flight delay from LAX. A friend suggested one should take a picture of your bar code rather just relying on your email.

Where you pay $20 in Manila it’s Pcr test Under 24 or you did Antigen test . Please send me the name and location.. Ty Sunny
120$ for a test ? it seems crazy. In france it is free.
Thank you Jennifer I thought I had it all but I didn't think I needed one health pass thank you so much !!!!!!
@@ramlr3052 true with PAL, many passengers asked to “re-test” as they were UN allowed to board, $250 each.
Thank you. You’re making me feel more confident to travel again. Mabuhay!
Yea they brought back the unvac allowance. That's great news as I refuse to get vac and I don't mind sitting in a hotel for 5 days. Thanks Jennifer!
Get the expedited RTPCR… He will get the results in 12 hours, allowing you more time to register for the one health pass. The antigen is the same, a quick turnaround, but testing labs are only open from 6 AM to 2 PM.
Thank you Miss Jen for the updates. God bless you.
just so confusing, seems like every week the Philippine Government changes these regulations ,so hard to keep up with all of this ,i am going to wait until 2023, hopefully by than all of this nonsense will be over and all you need is your passport to fly to the philippines
Correct... Shambles!
And lets hope that BBM doesn't take his friends from China's approach in dealing with the CCP virus future.. Poor people in Shanghai.. 😥
Because it all a con. Anything they can make money on
I’m concerned about the false positives from the tests. It would make it very stressful
You’re amazing. Thank you Jennifer!
im going back to PH next week and i really appreciate this videos, thank you.
Bro... I'll love to go with you...
I got a free visa passport , just need a flight ticket bro
Thank you Maam Jennifer Terri....love to hear more updates from you🥰🥰🥰
Weve just come back today from three weeks holiday, no hassle po pag uwi nmin dyn, basta may one health pass. after showing OHP, all is ok no questions ask and coming back here to uk today no hassle too. all smooth travel there and back! thanks to you jenny too s mga updates mo. God bless!
@@johnbobson1557 so true. The frontal Lobe of the brain does not work .
@steve&b l It's beyond belief that the entire tribe were allowed back in the country. Sadly Filipinos will always be poor. Apparently he's declared he's going to track down all the stolen loot... he could try looking in the families bank account. Yet the muppets may elect him into office. Ye gods...
it is true, the Philippines requirements are not travellers friendly. It is too muche complicated. So, no problem I stop to think to travel to phillipine, i will travel to Thailand.
They all are trying to make money that was lost during the pandemic everyone boycott the Philippines go to Thailand or Vietnam Cambodia
Thank you so much for this update. I was so worried enough due to so much articles that I read. And I am thankful I found you in youtube sharing this important details. I am planning to travel to the Philippines this upcoming July. Praying that everything goes smoothly. My flight is segmented and a lot of stop over so I hope that using Antigen will suffice. May God protect and guide us as we do our best to fulfill this requirements. Once again, thank you Ms. Terri for sharing this. God bless you more.
Thank you for all the updates. You’ve been very helpful!
thank you so much for keeping us updated on the requirements ok hehe
As always Ms Terri thank you for all the updates. You surely are making travel to the Philippines a less hassle to enter.
My pleasure 😊
@@JenniferTerri is the bar code or qr code printed out or only on the website?.if only on website how to access it at the airport? We are not very computer literate...Salamat po.
Leave it up the the Philippines who seems to always be going backwards while the rest of the world is trotting forward
Super correct!!! Nasasarapan ata ang pinas sa mga entry2x requirements sa na yan...first world countries nga nag back to normal na kasi halos vaccinated na lahat..dito nga wala na test not unless may symptoms ka
Fact
The Philippines always had very weak leaders. Hence the reason this country never amounted to anything.
@@Releasethekrakken Harsh words! But you know what, thinking more about it, I completely agree with you. Cheers. Only in the Philippines!
Is a mask still mandatory in the airport and plane?

hello I'm from Virginia beach I arrived in Manila this morning and I got QR CODE WHEN THE PLANE LANDED and some of the passengers behind me asked questions and helped them out. I was stressed out before my flight in va Beach. but because I have the Bar Code use it for check in. my flight was Norfolk Virginia to New York and to Los Angeles PAL flight when I checked in in Norfolk they asked my negative test, Vaccine card, my birth certificate and ur one health pass. when I got to LAX I have to get my Boarding pass and she asked my negative test results and checked when did I got it. and she asked my vaccine card also plus one health pass. when I arrived in Manila they just asked my QR CODE and they scan it that's it it's so smooth without no problem.
Thank you for updated Hanice Randy USA
Thank you Jen!! ill be coming home next week hope I can meet you in person,
I travelled in philippines since 1994. It is easy. I will return to philippines, when passport and visa is enough. As long there are these rules, i will not return and go to other places.
That is your choice!!! (thanks for telling everyone)
Arrived yesterday in Manila from Scotland.. Process wasn’t too bad. The barcode was sufficient for entry. Slightly increased waiting time at terminal 3 but nothing too bad.
Were you sent the barcode in email or is it on the ohp website?
@@Oppyse just barcode on website
Your video is very helpful thanks a lot .
Thank you Ms. Jen…
Watching from NewYork again
Thank you Jennifer.
Thank u 4 the update
Jennifer, God bless you and I know you help best you can. I'm just so frustrated with the way the Philippines handled this.
Arrived in the 22nd April from Southern CA via LAX-MNL-Cebu, PAL
Took awhile to deplaned in MNL for our aircraft carried a dead person (passed mid-air, non-COVID related).
1. US citizen, naturalized 39 years ago.
2. US passport holder (only)
3. Spouse US citizen only (has a different surname, we didn’t have our marriage cert)
4. OHP (both)
5. He was asked for travel/COVID insurance, we purchased $500,000 with pre-existing being covered, repatriation, etc.
6. I was granted 1 year entry whilst spouse 30 days
7. Travel insurance not required for myself
8. RT tickets
9. RT-PCR (our choosing)
10. We’re having a ball
11. Have an opened mind, it’s hot/humid, most stores prefer to take cash vs card, bit annoying.
FYI: excess luggage $175 (50 lbs)
hi there! i just want to ask, did they actually asked or required your husband to have a travel/covid insurance? I am a Filipino US citizen and will be traveling with my American husband this July, I already bought our plane tickets but did not get covid insurance. I am still looking for info if I really need to purchase covid insurance for my husband or me. Could you please confirm this info based on your experience.. Thank you in advance.
@@lorydreyes1984 yes, the airline (PAL) did (honestly, some check-in personnel don’t ask, here’s the exact verbiage, “you two do not have the same surname, we need your husband’s travel insurance”
Thanks Ms terri..🙏🥰❤️
THANK YOU!!!
Hello! I have a question about the negative test result. How about if your flight is at 10:30 PM (May 29,2022) Kailan ka dapat mgpa RT PCR test? And I've heared na meron ng covid testing site sa loob ng airport sa LAX. I hope you can answer my question
Thanks sa info madam
Hi Jennifer
Thanks a lot for updated information
More power , and by the do we need still medical insurance if take vacation as of today May 12, 2022
Ok thanks
God bless
If you are a foreign tourist, yes you will need insurance. If you're a Filipino/ dual citizen or former Filipino, no need. For former Filipino, you need to show your old PH passport or PSA/ NSO birth certificate.
Hello our experience is pretty smooth , there’s a little confusing about the boarding pass pero aside from that our covid requierements is very fine, we flew from Dallas to LA to Manila to Cebu , from Dallas Wala silang ibang hiningi but just the vaccine card and passport and in La vaccine and negative test and boarding pass , in manila naman yun lahat I mention early and the ohp code yun very smooth lang ang process …over all we arrive early as expected …
maraming salamat
As someone who's gonna soon, kahit wala sa requirements dadalhin ko pa din.. 😁 mas maganda nang sobra sa mga documents kesa magkulang at mauntiyame pa ang bakasyon.

Hello Ms. Jennifer.. Thank you for your consistent information regarding all aspects of the One Health Pass Registration... Will fly from Munich , Germany via Emirates to Cebu on June 4 @ 15:40... My RT-PCR test is scheduled on June 3 at 8AM. The result will be ready 5 hours later sending at my email. I was a bit worried regarding this 48 hours before departure RT-PCR test. But after listening now to your information, my RT-PCR test in in line with the time frame.. Right? Thank you much for keeping us updated . God bless.
Thanks!

Which flight, for example if from las vegas to LAX is at 0750am and from LAX to MNL is at 1245pm. When is the 24hr, do you follow the 0750am or 1245?

Jen, is it necessary that rt pcr or antigen results has QR code. Please answer. Thanks.
SOS i lost my vax card and am a filipino citizen traveling with married spouse in a week- will they accept photo of a vax card at immigration check in?
Hi, I live in Orlando, Florida. My flight departs Orlando, Fl at 2:00pm but it stops in New York, NY for 5:15 mins. So my flight departing the US is 7:15pm. The Covid 19 test should be at 2:00PM or 7:15PM 2 days prior? (My flight will depart June 8th, so I am sure there will be a new update about the 1st of June.) TY
Hi Jennifer. Travelling to the philippines this june with my 4 year old daughter. Does she need RT-PCR test?

Hi Jen my flight on June 1, 2022 at 5:30 PM my connecting flight in New York 2 hrs flight and I have long lay over in New York 18 hrs in exact. My boarding time in NY june 2 at 1:30 pm. Kaylan ako need mag pag pa PCR covid test. Thank u
