@@mandeeppathak8294 If you can't send an SMS to even your friends then it means your SMSC number is not correct in the settings. This was my issue, somehow my SMSC settings changed. Call customer care,they will give you the SMSC number to update in the settings for your network area. Update the number using the same format with comma ,+ and everything. Once updated, check by sending an SMS to someone. If the message is sent , then your UPI will finally register. Good Luck.

As soon as you call on the phone information, you will get the option at the top of the phone 0 and to its right and you will get an arrow mark.On which you like to have your SIM, phone 0 means sim one and phone 1 means sim two.
