@@myswimpro Would love a training plan that focuses on breath control into and out of the wall. Along with improving flip turns and dolphin kicking. I've noticed I don't dolphin kick off my turns since it tires me out to much and I feel like I will run out of air.
I just got those goggles, they work so well! I honestly thought it was kinda hype, but no. They are amazing!

Hmm, when endurance is mentioned, that makes me think of distance. That is a part of my weekly work out, a 3 mile swim, 5300 yards, every Friday. Need to get my time down to about 1:45, and now it is about 2:07 for my fastest. This is with no fins or paddles. Working on it. I should do sets of 100s....
Hi Fares, can I please know what watch you are using? And do I have to keep the watch at all time connected to Internet in order to record and monitor those swimming body vitals?
Hi! I use the Apple Watch! You don't need to be connected to anything for it to record your swimming stats.
So what is the rest in between interval. I swim about 1:50 per 100 but I swim long distance open water so I take my time.
The rest is personalized to you! For Fares, he got about 10 seconds rest, coming in around 1:09 and leaving with an interval of 1:20.
