man uematsu's music is so awesome , he always has somethin up his sleeves. altho im not particularly into this song, it certainly has that uematsu vibe
After playing with her for some time, I still think that her best slot is in the Eresh burst comp. In the past we tended to just kill her with Death, but now she's a solid third slot in Berserker, Six, Ilsa comp. You'll still need to bring her from back line though. Fortunately, Orchid exists and she's a great sacrificial lamb for burst setup. Nier will become even more usable as soon as dark is going to get something good for RB strat. But that is pretty much it. I don't see her being played anywhere outside burst, as you need to not only bring her to the front line, but you also need to kill her 2 times: 1 to transfer her s4 buff, 2 to bring someone else from the backline. And that is such a tedious process for such a small reward (For HL content, there's a far better option to use as a sacrificial slot, and that is Jasmine). Yeah, with Zosimos you will be able to see some big nuke numbers, but who cares? Dark is already steamrolling through w/e content there is, even without uncapped Nier or Zosimos. Unfortunately, Nier uncap didn't make her viable both for FA or for manual HL content. Also, her passives are still awful. Yeah they added dispel cancel for MC and remove debuffs when she gets to the front line, but you tell me, when was the last time you had to rely on those specific things after properly investing into dark grid and characters. It's like KMR specifically made Nier as a one trick pony, that is useless/unneeded for everything else. I still uncapped her, and got her 4th skill, but I'm honestly disappointed. Yeah, this game is still "Go burst, or get lost", but man. It just hurts. Years I wanted to see them doing something about Nier, and what did I get? A less awful passives that are still awful, and more reason to continue playing Eresh burst or w/e RB burst dark will have as soon as an assassin buffer will be released.

indeed expensive character for burst comp (for her FLB+4th skill and team envoriment to build comp)
Thats actually dumb... making an insanely grind heavy uncap weaker than a limited gala char. Cygames kinda out of touch or somethin
