I think Rashford and the other Utd player each thought the other was going for the ball so that mistake was not solely down to Rashford I don’t think.
Picking Rashford for the last year or so has been a big failure of ETH but to do so in favour of shoving their best performer in Garnacho to the opposite flank and ultimately, displace Amad out of the side altogether, for me, is a sin.

1) He has his full team
2) He has the leverage to bench bruno and rashford now compared to previous managers
3) He had the leeway to sign players he worked with more than the previous United managers
What's worse is that ineos signed players that suited Erik rather than players that suited the type of style the clubs wants to play. So if he eventually gets sacked, then they're repeating the cycle of sacking managers and nothing would have really changed in comparison to Woodward
