this is definitely not zouk - it's brazilian and has nothing to do with the Caribbean culture, we don't dance like that
@@JustZouk the video just stated "Zouk" and not Brazilian Zouk and I am not mad neither confused but call a cat a cat. Zouk was the term used for Caraibbean music before Brazilian Zouk came along, you need to know more about music history before attacking people and being rude
@@JustZouk The name is the same because those promoting Brazilian zouk as Zouk like this lack of clarity in order to attract people who like dancing Zouk (the real one) or different genre of music. It is false advertising, pure and simply speaking. This happens a lot with "Kizomba" for example, people need to promote the dance they are dancing and not use name that will confuse people, the real name is slow Lambada but Zouk sells more so they use the name. Without any shame 🤬
