Tikka rice is the best and unique that you will not get in any other city. You have been to Modern bakery but you have not tried their in house Aloo patty which is the best in Kanpur. Try banarsi ka samosa, you will love it or go to Gumti no 5 try samosa and khasta with dry aloo with chutney of Sahab samosa or vist Jawahar nagar try Pappu or munna samosa. Energy store tikka rice was best a long time ago but not now. Matha and bread you can try on Pandit Ji opposite motijheel park. Kanpur has a variety of khastas that you won't get anywhere else. You can't even explore Kanpur food in month.

@@ananyadimri4775 I had the utter misfortune of spending 5 years of my life there. The people are toxic, casteist and discriminatory on another level. Religious I mean. The city's infra is in tatters, there's filth all around. No jobs. Women's safety is a joke in kanpur.
Visit now. Kanpur has changed completely after 2014. No more Crime in the city now. It is he best place. I am in Delhi from past 14 years but i still like Kanpur better. People of kanpur are always happy and supportive.
