Nice list Hedgy. Winterfylleth and Qaalm are definitely on my shopping list and I'll be revisiting some of the others for sure. I have stuff by Hiraes and Shylmagonhnar already. Have a lovely NYE. Cheers matey.
As every year, thanks Hedgy. It's really a pleasure to be able to listen to someone on YT who doesn't yell "I'm not worthy, This blew me away" etc. etc. etc. And the content is (nearly) always very good. See you in '25.
Thanks for the list Hedgy, and all the videos and bands you showed us this year. On the subject of 'Very Metal', I enjoy classic British comedy and in the last couple of years I watched 'The Young Ones". The character Vyvyan has "Very Metal" on the back of his denim jacket (battle jacket). Great list, lots of choice and variation, and nice two Italian bands mentioned. The band name 'HIRAES' is from or inspired by the Welsh term "hiraeth". Thank you and Happy New Year coming soon.
I haven't had the strongest year of finding music this time. Granted, I haven't looked much, being otherwise occupied, but I'm a bit disappointed in myself. Nonetheless, I've at least enjoyed a lot of new music from the bands I already enjoy.

I forgot some of these excellent songs. Your channel is still the way I can discover new bands.
