Thanks Bret and Taylor, great pickup🧨💥Good Monday morning from the uk, Have a great new week appreciate your videos and the content Keep up the good work ❤❤
Some european brands in this pile. The bo-peeps (at 22:45) are from the Netherlands. On the back, it says: Firecrackers (153dB on 7 feet) Imported by Mercurius Vuurwerk Lijnden. (vuurwerk = fireworks) Use outside, don't hold in your hand, after lighting remain a distance of 26 feet. for consumer use. Those are some blackpowder firecrackers. Old firecrackers like these are pretty rare in the Netherlands, since you can't trade in them or sell them if you're not a fireworksstore. And stores can only sell fireworks on the last three days of the year. There isn't a store that sells oldskool collectable fireworks in the Netherlands. Since a couple of years firecrackers are no longer legal in the netherlands, so they become even more rare. Flashpowder firecrackers have been illegal since the 1970's or so. Almost all of the dutch firecrackers contain blackpowder. The match crackers at 16:13 are from a german brand called Weco. The weco corsair (this specific one) used to be the best one of the best "strijker (pronounce as striker)" on the market. They used to contain flashpowder, but, if my memory serves me well, they stopped producing them for the consumer market. Flashpowder is illegal in germany. Also interesting, the crackers at 14:47. There used to be a belgium brand, called Chooêt. It doesn't really exist anymore, but they were pretty popular about 10 years ago. They produced various flashpowder crackers. Their logo contained the same 'eyes' as these ones. Judging from the text, i think these ones are from italy or spain. The crackers on 14:58 are an old design. I think this design is known on more places all over the world. Famous german brand Funke Fireworks is currently reproducing these firecrackers, with this exact design. Handrolled firecrackers with an old grey fuse. They have been reproducing these for the last six years or so. Expensive but really nice. You can find them under funke china böller A (or B, C, D, super 1 and super 2). I'm from the netherlands btw. Check out kanonslagen.com/ if you're interested in oldskool dutch (and european) firecrackers.
