I am not a doctor, I am not a kinesiology expert. I accuse our defensive team coaching of ignoring the training for proper body movement and proper body usage (kinesiology). We focus on 100% effort and throwing their bodies around with crazed frenzied effort, and total reckless abandon. I believe that is guaranteed to lead to injury after injury after injury. The Aiden Hutchinson tackle. The FORCE of the horizontal rotational velocity of the tackle was beyond stunning. When his legs encountered an immovable object of course a leg fracture is going to happen. I promise you this can be avoided with proper body usage training. Examine Tiger Woods. His training regimen in the middle of his career, destroyed his body and destroyed a superstar career. He refused to pay attention to proper body movement and proper body usage. In the NFL, some injuries are going to happen. It is inevitable. But I simply believe that most of these injuries in this unprecedented streak of injuries could be avoided.
The Lions have a world renowned injury rehab specialist, Brett Fischer, on staff as director of player health and performance. The Lions have primarily trauma injuries. That’s just bad luck.
I would be really interested to see if the teams with the most injuries are the best teams and the ones with the fewest are the worst. But I'm guessing no by the teams he read off and the combined number of players they had on IR. But I'm guessing because they are coached to play so hard, they win. But when you have a bi-week in week 4 or 5 and play 3 games in what 15 days? It's a perfect storm
Carlton Davis is the biggest loss in my opinion. We need him to play the press man defense that Aaron Glenn wants to play. I wanna know what’s up with Rakestraw and if he might be able to return and contribute down the stretch. Also why isn’t Mosley playing if he’s healthy?
Our Super Bowl chances being slowly stripped away by the injury Gods. Its disheartening.

The secondary has been mostly healthy, so maybe they’ve just been playing it safe with him and saving him.
Doc got that loud on deck
4 games in 18 days between the Jags and 2nd Packers game. That explains the injuries
