The Yonex paint job looked amazing last night on TV with Hurkacz
just the video I wanted to watch, had actually put in a preorder for the 97H last night, so very reassuring
I switched also from the 6.1 95 to Yonex 330g because the 6.1 was to demanding and hard to play with. The Yonex is more forgiving and U still get the plow through, wich i love.
Hi Jonas, thanks for the awesome review. I just wanted to provide a little bit of constructive criticism. I watch your videos every day and your content is the best on UA-cam with regards to equipment reviews. Sometimes I just listen to your reviews (rather than watch) as I’m multitasking or driving or something else. So, it would help if you refer to the equipment by name rather than saying “this one” or “that one”. It would make your videos such that we can digest the content even if it is just audio. Thanks for all the work that you do.
Thanks for the comparison, Jonas! I'm really looking forward to hitting with the 97H when it comes out. I've been waiting for Yonex to release a 330g racquet with a decent amount of flex for a long time. Seems like they kind of forgot how to do that for a while now. I really miss that old school buttery Yonex feel. Back in my younger days the Super RD Tour 90 was one of my favorite sticks ever.
Great content. Yonex Fan. I’m in your camp.
Nice video mate.
Great job; with the last 3 or 4 videos you earned my subscription.
I loved my RF97’s…. until, just for fun I demo’d the DuelG 97 330 (predecessor to the now VCore Pro ‘heavy’ models). In decades of playing I’d never hit any Yonex frames. Immediately fell in love. The less stiff frame is beautiful; incredible pocketing
You talked about arm pain but I think you should expand even more; these are truly frames INLY for advanced players who can develop a lot of RHS (racquet head speed). Other than hitting for a few minutes just to see what sticks closer to what the top men play, no one else should be considering these. Too demanding.
Great vid. Can you do a comparison of the new pro staff six one 100 v13 vs the new yonex vcorepro 310? Thanks
Hey tennisnerd, how would the two compare at a more intermediate level - PS v13 and the Vcore 310.... assuming about the same?
I have a question. I have a Wilson super defender mid-size racket. Model JZ. Made in Taiwan. 4 3/8 (L3), string at 53-58 Ibs. I can't find out more information about it especially the cost to sell it. Please let me know if you can help.
could you maybe do a video looking at the top 3 versions of the same racket and how they have changed throughout their time like the Babolat pure aero and the Wilson RF models
Hi Jonas, did you think that the new 97H is better than the Duel G 97 330g? Thanks
Am I the only one who kinda misses the intro music?
Hi Tennisnerd. I was wondering if you've ever heard of and tested PowerAngle tennis racquets. Their claim to fame is diagonally strung racquets. I've played with a few of their models in the past and generally liked them. They did seem to generate spin pretty well, but sadly their frames were not ideal for me. My favorite was one of their older discontinued frames, the Power98/K, more of a player's frame, very thin beam, very head light, and very flexible. It felt quite nice, but also extremely low powered and unstable on off-center hits. I never found a frame of theirs that checked all of my boxes like my current Angell TC100...
I have never seen you hitting as powerful as you hit with the Yonex 97H!
What strings do you use and the tension?
Great video, I always wanted to know if there was much difference between those 2 racquets and their lighter versions. I own a Rf97, and it’s getting too heavy for me, so I’ll purchase a Vcore pro 97 (310g). Thanks!
How about the duel g 330? I still find it to play the best out of the yonex 330 line.
How about a h2h btwn ezone 98.315 and vcore pro 310? They seem to appeal to similar level players. Would be much appreciated.Cheers!
I ,and maybe more , would love to have some #info - #tips about #paintjob ! Thanx
Please do the Wilson blade v8
Can you please review the Babolat pure aero Rafa, i am a big fan of your channel and i am considering of bying it but i am not sure, it would Really help if you reviewed it,
Thanks! 😁
Why does Tennis Warehouse not ship Head products to South Africa.
Why did you move off of the 310 gram version as your #1?
Jonas, as an owner of the NCode 6.1, I’m really surprised you have not reviewed the Pro Labs 6.1 95. I know you reviewed the PL Blade and didn’t love it but curious on your thoughts on the 6.1.
@@AkaAloo yes it is. I was referring to Jonas owning an NCode 6.1 not myself. He’s reviewed that model but I’d like to hear his thoughts on the Pro Labs
@@AceDerflinger not to my knowledge. He reviewed Blade Pro 18/20 and older NCode 6.1 but not the newer Pro Labs 6.1. At least not that I’m aware of.
If it were me, I'd probably go with the regular Vcore Pro 310g, with about 5g of lead in the hoop (1g at 12, 2g at both 3 and 9) and counterweighted by the same amount of putty in the butt cap.
Change of brands from a 98 sq inch racquets to 97 sq inch is a smart marketing trade...but I'd like to know if playing double blind test most of us would notice the difference??....what do you think about that Jonas??
Yes, that would eliminate a lot of observer bias. I would love to see a double blind test too @Albert CF
I have the 97hd. Older version. I recall you said the 97H feels better. Is there much different between the HD vs the new D?
In a recent video, he said he found very lil difference between the HD and the new D, both 320 gr. But remember the new one has an updated NAMD technology and a longer throat for more flex, so it has to be better all in all.
You really have to have the fitness and strength to play with these frames. Agreed you really should not play with these if you dont have the physique
VCP 310 vs Duel G 310
Stan the man should switch to 97H at this point in his career.
Befere watch the video I know the winner is the Yonex...I'd buy it if I could manage it....and watching your hitting in the review is a great marketing...Yonex must pay you some money👌👌
Maybe you're just not good/strong enough to play with such frames. Why play with a heavy racquet that you cannot handle? Ideally you should play with the heaviest racquet that you can handle comfortably not just for practice but also for matches (unless you never play matches.) Don't want to sound too harsh here but a highly demanding racquet requires extremely good technique and/or strength. Even a 4.5 rated player which a bigger body will be able to handle a heavy racquet.
I prefer the younger brother :)))

This guy is a joke
I have the RF97. I love it. I’m crushing serves and forehands.
