This is it for me. I got into this music in mid-late '92 and went through to early '94 and then tuned out after the ragga jungle became a thing. The hardcore / early drum & bass was the licketty-boom-boom! Fucking love this shit. When I hear it I get the triggered memories....some freaky E-endused memory. Mate puking on a ragga at Astoria in '93 and nearly getting killed for that. Dancing, loving anmd music....no mobiles, or fucking social media or knobs holding their phones up like fuck-trumpets. Best of times. Wish we had something like this now. Just shit!
I might still have this tape somewhere, it was an LTJ Bukem and Fabio double pack. Both tapes were full of banging tunes which inspired me to track the majority of them down on vinyl!... I'd love to rewind back to them great time's.
I was there. Still the set I enjoyed the most out of all of them I've seen, and I've seen belters. This mattered more because it was an Oasis of progressive music in a sea of noise and transition. Changed my life haha. Not even joking.
I do think this is one of the best mixes and collection of choons ever, I didn’t have it back in the day, but I keep going back to it now !! Thanks for the upload 👍
That track at @13.00 had me waved the first time I heard it kick in. Smoking way too much f black Rocky 😂 in my mates bedroom, his dad going apeshit about the volume!
@@ironmongol75 yearsssss later some kid at work sold me 6g of “solids” new skool stuff. One zoot and I was in bed, curtains drawn, doors locked and tripping my absolute nuts off. Amazing, but I’d rather some black Rocky from the 90’s.
Smokey Stoner More Roger Johnson than Peshay, who would have just sat there saying “err, yeah, turn that up a bit” as the master technician RJ gets down to the nitty gritty.
+MrPomypilot ya know something pal....I heard MC Conrad had died ya know, but I don't know if the rumour was true. I loved the gruesome twosome....takes me back to early Dreamscape events....tripping in the fabulous dark dimension or the dark side.....come on!
Well... It was one of DNBs greatest debates... With, or without MC Conrad? The music Bukem rinsed alone would have carried his talent through as one of the greats (he truly deserves such recognition), but would it of been the same without Conrad?

Good club was the Eclipse back in the day , Amnesia , Parks and Wilson residents . Great times .
Utterly unique and a king among those headlining events at the time.
Check out the skills along with the stream of dub plates.

Best Jungle Tape ive heard. Every track is dope. Its rare, that not one track is skipable. Very good track selection
Ironically this was the point that Jungle turned into drum and bass.
Timeless tunes. Thanx 4 the upload
this is when raving was proper and at its best
It’s crazy the infinite amount of ways breaks can be made
I went to this Rave back in 93 and it was sick . BIG up Bukem for this set... RICHARD Mckay.

+Darrell Swatten Yep. But without MC Conrad I believe they had a bit of a falling out. But Bukem is still doing gigs worldwide.
