@MrChoroi Thanks for the nice comment. It's funny you mention the toonblokje. I have some on an order form waiting for the school to fund for next school year. Sadly, almost an entire classroom's flutes have lost their blokjes.
I'm dead curious about the Octa. I haven't ever played one. I ought to write the company and see if they'd trade me one for a review! Wouldn't that be fun! I just completely love the earthy sound these quintas produce. I'm so glad I get to teach it to so many kids.
Hey mr McCarr, thanks for playing the Choroi-flute! I see that your lttle toneblock is missing! You can buy them seperately, it gives the flute a better tone, a skin, a soul. The new Choroi-octa flute has a new shape of the labium (sound-hole), so it does not need the little block. This flute also is great for classroom uses, even with big groups it sounds nice! :-)
Hello MrChoroi! I'm sorry, I missed this comment from 10 years ago! Thanks for the advice on the toonblokje. It's hard to keep those in place with so many little fingers. The one I use at home still has its in place.
Your videos are wonderful! The Choroi Flute is very nice, do you know where I could get the sheets for some songs with it? Its a little bit difficult because it can't play everything:)

I have a question about the Choroi C flute, as I used to play this in school but now I don't have any notes or notebook for it. I want to play again, would you be able to recommend a resource to lean the Choroi C flute again? It's a little bit different from the flute you are playing in this video.
Hello Alvin! I'm sorry I missed your comment from years ago. yes, the C flute is wonderful, but I never learned it. I think they have a guide on the Choroi website.
