provision of electricity, education and health is the duty for government for which it takes taxes. Prince is providing Health and Education to whole poor people of Pakistan. don't you see universities and schools and health centers? without any burden upon Pakistan, the people of Hunza have educated themselves. don't you know the educational and literacy rates of the area? I don't know why the government is not active for provision of semi-mega projects e.g. electricity etc. while it is using waters of GB, but return is nothing...... remember, we can ASK this question anytime to the government. if we ask, response will be difficult.
