    Ohh wow. I’m sure God sent me here because he knows I’m spending money a lot on Suya spices. A small container for $6 and it doesn’t take me to the next suya making

    Wow! You make everything so easy. I have watched tons of videos on how to make this suya spice on youtube but i have never been inspired to try it.     please what if i don,t have an oven to dry the groundnut can i use saucepan just like our local way of roasting groundnuts to do so?

      original mama sorry i couldn't give the feedback on how it went immediately after doing it.
      had the taste well but i think one spice(probably the clove) was a bit stronger in it. i sieved as you did and used part of that residue plus additional groundnut paste to prepare groundnut soup because wanted a different taste of soup....3k)) yie oo

      Ruth Appiah Sefah mine is called cordon bleu and the grinder is tower mine is over 10 years. Do look around for modern version.

    Hi mama. I finally found grains of selim. It is also called uda. I ran across an African Market near my work. So now I have access to two stores. I want to try suya next. I don't have fennel. Can I use anise seed instead? Thank you.
