As a content creator, if you have English subtitles you're given the option to also translate your title into foreign languages. This allows English people, for an example, to still find this great video despite the creator's main language. This is especially useful for small channels that never expected their content to make it worldwide.
Basically, stop whining. The subtitles in the video are done really well, unlike other videos which DO actually have purely English titles without any English content whatsoever.
