You ought to tell the one who is in charge of the scheduling for the patients to make up a new fake patient name every day that stands for lunch break without telling you anything.
Then when you say "Where is Paul Burke?" the person can tell you that that it's time for lunch.
I have a feeling that you would not abide by a note on the schedule that says "Lunch Time"

I work in a different field and now also owning my own practice. Ordering everything, getting everything together, decorating, etc feels like endless work, but as things come together, it's all worth it! It's so exciting to see you grow. I would love dentist visits if I were a kid visiting your dental clinic! The toys and all the friendly staff! Congrats!
