Thank you for this. I was quite upset tonight and nothing was working. None of my usual guided mediations were doing squat. I stumbled on your video & like most assumed it was probably bull...after doing it...I can say this. I was named after the Archangel Michael and have communed with him while mediating on several occasions. This lady is for real and I truly to believe she was channeling him while recording this. I felt his presence & haven't in quite some time on my own. So, thank you...much more relaxed, centered & ready to tackle this problem. You are a Godsend. Thank you so much for sharing your gift.
