Love your webinars! Find them so helpful! Would you be able to do webinars on other approaches? Such as Psychodynamic, Systemic etc, and also EMDR would be great! Thank you so much :)
Thank you for the video Holly! It was helpful as always. :) I would also kindly request the same topics whenever you will have the capacity to do webinars. Thank you so much!
So CBT is cognitive behavioural therapy, a type of psychological therapy. Clinical psychologists in the UK are all trained in CBT and other modalities but you can also train as a CBT therapist or a range of other roles to deliver CBT to varying intensities. Clinical psychology is a profession with training in therapy, academic assignments and research. Clinical psychologists also supervise other staff :) so CBT often forms part of clinical psychology. Hope that helps!

Thanks so much! The textbook I mention at the end is a godsend! It was a core text on my MSc - "An Introduction to Cognitive Behaviour Therapy: Skills and Applications (2nd Ed)" by Westbrook, Kennerley and Kirk Hope that helps!

What is the difference between cbt and clinical psychology
