    Thanks, recap , well-being depend on neuroplasticity brain change by experience and learning like mindfulness,2nd is epigenetic how environmental variables affect genes to switch on and off,3rdbidirectional pathways how brain and mind with body, communicate , innate training our minds will improve our physical health.innate basic goodness, kindness, compassion,depend upon our environment like language,4 thems.
