*Raclette adalah keju yang berasal dari Wallis di Swiss dan Savoie di Prancis dan dibuat dari susu sapi yang dipasteurisasi. Nama keju ini berasal dari kata "racler" yang dalam bahasa Prancis berarti "menggores" atau "mengerik". Pada zaman pertengahan, para gembala dari Swiss senang dengan keju Raclette yang pedas.
