Too close to neighbors, seem like an HOA, wood in the half bathroom or Lux vinyl, small office, half bath too close to the office, small yard, garage not large enough, stairs too narrow, too close to busy road, wrong floor joist used for me, wish those beams in the basement went all the way across the basement with no need for floor bracing, and so on... for me for that price.... it has to be a bit more than what is offered at that price... so in reality of my ideals its worth 800K but way less than 1M... willing to deal with people being too close when so many people are terrible these days so.... make all those corrections and list a home outside of tight neighborhood and so on.... list it for 2.5M and people will say 1.5Ms.... LOL
Very nice home, but for the price I would expect all brick/upgraded exterior, finished basement, 3 car garage, much bigger lot, and zero carpet.
