It will work with a laptop or PC you just have to go on it connect it to your laptop or the PC then go into your Oculus click the pop-up that says USB detected then files will pop up in your computer then find your downloads then get the dll that you're getting and put it in the copy it or put it onto your wallpaper and then you're going to go over to Andrew Android data and you're going to find the game you're going to do it in and click it then hit files then you're going to go to the mods folder then post the dll in there
