- Hi everyone! I started boxing in 2022 and sparring/competitive this year in 2023! I’m training for 2024 USA amateurs, I’m competing in the male category ;)

This is good sparring especially if you aiming for amateurs. Also seeing that you’re sparring males who are on the same level is great as well.
I like to see more upper cuts, side steps , pivots, roll ducks and switch

@@futureuntold777 lol degrading is a bit much, this isnt about you. i fight both :) im just training for men's amateurs right now so im focusing on men to build up my punch resistance. i have a round of me versus a female amateur im going to post this week.

we both are :) im in my first year of boxing still and only started sparring in April. first fight was May. my last fight was against a male with 6yrs experience and we had a draw.
