Hey there. I no longer have an Etsy shop. I know Etsy well though and will be teaching it, using a dummy shop or a friend's shop for demo. Thanks for the inquiry.

this may be a crazy question but how do they download it without the watermark

Hey, no question is crazy! After you download the one with the watermark, just go back in to Canva and delete the watermark, and download again. Let me know if this works.
