The working processes :
1★ Automatic 160 PLC microcomputer controlled foaming machine (1 set) The raw material EPS is changed into pellets, and the foam density is determined by the foaming machine; automatic feeding, feeding, intake (steam), discharging
2★ Drying bed (1 set 4*1*0. 8 meters) The wet granules produced by the foaming machine are dried in the shortest time, automatically smashed and agglomerated, automatically fed and automatically blown.
3★ Maturation warehouse (3*3*4 m/piece) The dried granules are matured in the curing chamber to make the graphite EPS particles achieve the best elasticity, and the produced foam sheets are smooth and smooth.
4★ Transition warehouse (6*1.5*2 m/piece) The matured granules are sent to the transition chamber through the fan.
5★ Automatic 6-meter molding machine (6*1.2*0.6 m per block) The particles are sucked into the machine through the fan negative pressure method, and instantly formed into a large foam board.
6★ One CNC automatic cutting machine (6 meters), the foam plate after drying and setting is cut by electric furnace wire according to the required size.
