My husband is very particular about his ribs. He orders them from a corner joint that specializes in smoke ribs. Well, I tried this recipe for the first time and my goodness, he LOVED them!! I served it with some Spanish rice and beans and was in heaven!!! So thank you so much for sharing this recipe. I am now subscribed to your channel❤
I have never made ribs before EVER! I chose your recipe because it was easy to follow and exciting! My crew always order ribs out and said your recipe was the best they’ve eaten!!! I just hope I can get a repeat! Thank you! Not so scared of them anymore 🎊 🎉🎊
I’ve made ribs this way several times since you posted this video. I think it’s safe to say this is now my go-to rib recipe. Always gotta adjust cook times depending on how much the rack weighs but as far as flavor goes…. I don’t think you can beat this method. I use McCormick Mesquite rub & McCormick Maple BBQ rub (Like how you suggested to use 1 sweet & 1 spicy rub in your other rib video). Also good job on showing the cross section of what a perfect rib looks like. When it cuts clean but is still super juicy you know it’s perfect. That’s definitely what to strive for with ribs. Those are the type that will stay intact for nice presentation but still fall off the bone when bitten and melt in your mouth. Keep it up man. You’re one of the best cooks on UA-cam and also a great teacher.
Exactly how I cook my ribs and I love that Killer Hog rub as well. I blend liquid smoke in with the mustard and I usually make a whiskey sauce for finally prep before cutting.
Thank you for this recipe, this was my first time making ribs, and my family was blown away, absolutely delicious, I paired it with some corn on the cob, and roasted some creamer potatoes with butter and garlic in a cast iron skillet, thank you again, for helping me to make others very happy with some killer ribs, no joke, there awesome!!!
They come in a bag, they're little round potatoes, just cut them in half, boil them a little bit like 8 minutes, put them face down in a pan with two tbls of oil, then add butter and garlic, they'll get nice and crispy on the out side and tender in the middle, they're very good
now u know your food is good when im at a restaurant and i already ordered my food and im sitting here drooling for these ribs. its making me want to just head home and take my ribs out the freezer and cook them.
I cooked these ribs on Memorial Day. They were an absolute hit!!!!!! Thank you Mr. Make It Happen for the tutorial and the recipe. It was so easy to make. Keep up the good work.
