طريقتي في تحضير خبز الزبدة my way of preparing butter bread

المكونات:
كيلو ونصف من الطحين
كوب حليب دافئ
2 ملعقة كبيرة من الخميرة
3 ملعقة كبيرة من السكر
4 ملاعق كبيرة من الزبدة
ملعقة كبيرة من الفانيلا
2 كأس صغيرة من السكر
2 بيضة
حليب لعجن العجيبة( حسب الحاجة)
الحشوة:
2 ملعقة كبيرة من الزبدة
كأس صغير من السكر
ملعقة كبيرة من الفانيلا
كأس صغير جوز الهند (اختياري)
لدهن وجه الفطيرة
صفار بيضة
2 ملعقة كبيرة من الحليب
