Ive had many many Ventures on Dolton, that darker blue is a mid later press. The light blue are the best players. I've had about 15, and not a single one has had a pop even though more than a few were 1 dollar or less.
I always took Northern soul to mean the singer was Caucasian, as 1964 an idea as that sounds. Also, some seem to think any rare Soul 45 nobodies ever heard of and sells for 279 dollars makes it Northern Soul. I don't get it. I'm not sure Polka is allowed, I'll have to reread the handbook. 😂

I did keep the polka to a minimum, a small taste is sufficient.
