I just got my brushes and watch one of your video's each day before I start to paint! You are the BEST! I have learned so much from you. Thank you for all of your hard work and teachings! You are my FAVORITE instructor!
I tried to paint along with your Spring Melt Video and after a couple attempts I threw the canvas in the trash. You make it look way easier than it is.
Ay yo, Kevin got good taste in watches 🤣 jokes aside, thanks alot for this video - i've seen other guides that use a color grid to memorize how to mix color, but I love your methodology more, maybe cuz i watch every new painting you make
Great video but it assumes the student knows what colors are produced by the mixing these colors together. It takes a long time to learn how much of a color is needed to change it to the desired color. An artist might want to learn what the primary colors (cyan, magenta, black and yellow) produce when mixed together first, that will make this advanced lesson much easier. A lot of matching color experience is gained from trial and error and learning from mixing many, many colors together…it’s a journey.
