- All Manhunts || Story / Lore || Compilation
With season 9 just around the corner, I’ve found myself recently going over old scripts on the previous 4 manhunts, just to bring myself up to speed.
So because it has been a little since these first came out, and there were a lot of people who didn’t actually play through them, I thought I would throw together this somewhat tweaked story compilation of the first 4 Manhunts.

NGN listeners, likers and lovers 🤣 It's because of all of you, that this guy keeps trucking on and releasing these videos! From the bottom of my heart thank you so much for your views and your comments... From the NGN family: CHEERS!!!
As someone who thrives on immersion and loves the lore of the Division franchise (as well as Ghost Recon), NGN videos have been a goldmine. I appreciate the hours upon hours of research you guys have done and the work in tying everything together in a cohesive structure making the stories easily understandable and entertaining. Can't wait for the Season 9 videos👍🏻
@@venn7eance925 I'm 100% with you
Agreed
This was like a mixture of an audio book and an actual movie.
Its suppose to release a movie, but the date is unknown
I just put this on play and fall asleep listening to it. Great work imo!
I love the lore of this game, so massive and immersive. Despite we meet these characters almost exclusively only by their audio files and some notes, each one of them had cool and interesting personality. And we still have to unravel many mysteries.
I’ve played with the same agent since release, I decided to make a new agent and go again and I’ve just realised how much content this game offers
Welcome to D.C Agent, now let’s get to work
So much content manhunt missions strongholds raids pvp dark zone it's awesome
@@cashbanucita0025 Good luck out there, and remember our mantra, "to save what remains."
I recently did the same as well and yeah its amazing how much content this game has to offer. You can easily get a few months worth of stuff to playthrough
HELL YEAH! As someone who missed out on some of the seasons I’m glad you’ll be able to recap them so I know what happened while I was gone, glad to be playing again tho!
glad too see a long video with all the manhunts hoping too get a good bit of story done when season 9 comes out
Let's be honests, even if Keener went mad with his eclipse poison, in Division 1 and all the 1st wave agents got every reason to go rogue against the JTF for abandoning the agents and civvies to their luck in the DZ.
you're out of line, but you're right. Matter fact i'm blaming the JTF and the government for the rogue first wave agents
Abandoning the JTF yes but what they became isn't justified at all
@@thefourthwallpolicedepartm7981 Yeah you can draw a straight line of events across government agencies that lead to the 1st wave defecting
@@JohnDoe-hj9fh yeah your right. Can’t blame someone else for THEIR behavior. Leave… yes, turn into murdering sociopaths… no. I mean if they would have been smart they coulda started an entire new government w the support of the population still alive. But they openly murdered and robbed everyone level headed and the only people that supported them were completely nuts. You can’t build a government w insane people. Trump tried that already 😂. Its unsustainable. If you simply murder every how can a society maintain and exist. Within 10-20 years they wouldn’t be many people left.
A long form recap on all the Manhunts in a Saturday? Absolutely!!!
Hell of a job mate. Awesome stuff - thanks for the graft you put in.
Whilst you have a very soothing voice your content is amazing and as someone who loved The Division but fell away from it it's nice to be able to catch up!
Whilst your long videos are good to fall asleep to it's also cool that the content can be listened to if you wake up
1:16:58 Thank you for preserving Kestrel's true legacy in DIvision 2.

I haven't finished the whole video yet I'm here commenting.. I just know how much effort you have put into this and I give you my sincerest Thank you and Good job for the jobs well done

"How do you lose a bioreactor?"
I felt that even though the story has progressed, this channel had still managed to diligently chart the game through its ups & downs, provide context & progression of plots & characters as best as it could with the resources at hand. This is great reference material & honestly, a good series to binge on.
Many of these rogue agents made bad things for good intentions but somehow the SHD killed all of them extremely unaware of what kind of tricks the division has that’s furthering more motivation and determination to be this good and not even a single hunter can stop the division, regardless this forces all nearby non-player rogues to go into full hiding as we the division are becoming hunters ourselves. In conclusion we are now facing new leaderships from the true sons meaning that once we kill him things will seriously start to unravel one by one.
Not to mention how much more deadlier Division Agents have become because they took down these First Wave agents who’ve been through hell and back. They wound up making the most elite special forces unit while trying to take them down.
Tbh.. i dont root for the SHD anymore. Shits getting ruthless. The agents working for the SHD at this point are some bloodthirsty motherfuckers and i wouldnt trust them if i was working with them lol.
I had almost forgotten about the ANNA network. That seems like it might come into play soon
Indeed
Would be nice if ISAC's voice switched to ANNA's when you go Rogue in the DZ, and instead of "Rogue *skill* detected" we head in ANNA's voice "SHD *skill* detected" and "SHD agent nearby"
@@diegochavez1286 Wouldn't that be convient.
@@jackthorton10 just like ISAC tells tou about Rogues nerby Quality of life, it's in the small details that you find pure awesomeness
Good wrap up of the late game/end game content. Excited for season 9 and whatever lore it adds to the game!
Concealed Agenda was my first manhunt and would always be my favorite. The hunter boss fight was a nice bonus.
Sometimes it's hard not to agree with them. They do have good points on why they went to the dark side lol.
I agree 💯 if only they wouldn’t have turned into murders and teamed up w criminals and gangs. It’s not a sustainable society. Kinda makes me wonder what their end goal was. To just loot and murder until EVERYONE WAS DEAD? And then what? Where would they go from there. Everyone level headed is dead. SMH. Typical video game bad guys. Just loot and murder and loot and murder. Would love to see a game where both sides aren’t inherently evil and you could choose a side.
@nickbriggs8059 Try the tales of series, it's a jrpg, not exactly a shooter but the villains are always complicated and have good ideals. Enemies usually join you after realizing they're wrong and even 1 main villain joins you in the sequel.
Thanks for the recap. It has been a while. A few of the rouges stick with me, like Hornets boast about not being able to kill him and Wraiths unhinged rants during our fight. But also out of all the rouges I think that Viper is the most interesting as she is the only Agent that wasn't recruited from America. Makes me wonder if England has an SHD like entity. Still I have heard leaks but not sure how accurate they are but it seems like the story is going in an interesting direction.
The more I get deeper into the lore I can agree with keener more and more
Wraith has to be the funniest Rogue in The Division lmfao
She doesn't look like what she sounds lol.
@@idkatthispoint1041. Looks can be deceiving; Didn't you learn that in school?
@@dragonbornexpress5650 fait enough but she looks a lot more professional than she acts.
Can't wait to see what you create with the new season, countdown(newer version) and the hunters! Keep it coming NGN!
I wouldn't say your voice is monotone, more soothing and has a comforting edge to it. Probably why I fall asleep listening to your longer videos often! 😅 Haven't played ÷ in a while but your content keeps my interest going, looking forward to the new in game content! Keep up the good work mate!
Love the felix edit. Simply divine😂
Very fun touch, made me remember that fight and thinking "wtf this rogue is doing?"
finally, ive been finding you lore vids and exact;ly today you poasted a summary (ive seen the leaks for the upcoming season so i might want to revitalize my memory about this lol)
thanks again
I've played both these games since day one all the dlc all the manhunts. Never knew half this shit ever happened. Good job and thank you.
OMG aaron have many multitalented people. he can make private spec ops organization by himself
It's that kind of video that reminds me I should be glad that the premature end of The Division has been averted, thanks to new seasons and keeps me drawn into the story with new ways.
Lore vids I found my favorite UA-camr and it’s on The Division god damn man, just good job give this man a beer seriously
Oh lord he really blessed us! And funny because my friends wants to replay the game again. With this playing while on the game or while sleeping.... 💯%🔥
And as always thanks again for your content and dedication! May you have a successful year!
I haven't even started watching the video and I already liked it!! You are the best!!!
Honestly i dont use your vids to sleep, but i do listen to them while i work cause its easier to focus on what im doing haha

made my day to see a long video. something that I can listen to while cleaning out my garage
This was essential for those that needed to stitch together what happened after the expansion. Thanks!
So that's why we have Eclipse protocol gear
I started playing during the most recent season so this is a great recap!
Recently came back to the game, these videos have been great for me! I hope after all new content the seasons will rotate so I can experience the content I missed.
Listening to this for a good portion of the work day today.
People like you are truly amazing and thoughtful.
Amazing work! I really enjoyed this video!
can't wait for more Vids from you about the Hunters Lore, much love mahman
I don't play the game at all but fuck this is interesting as hell
Thankyou for listening, Mr siri. I know ur working hard looking after family and kids. Be safe u all.
I feel for Jupiter she really wasn't a bad person she still was technically on mission with trying to kill the virus and refused to spread an even worst version of it. She like many villains had a just cause but was just going about it the wrong way. But seriously you would think that an agency meant to be the last line of defense when all else fails would be a lot pickier about who they recruit. Literally the entire branch fell apart in record time to the point that rogue agents were more common than loyal ones
These type of videos are great gets me through the 12 hr work day 👍
Amazing work. The story was fantastic. Ten out of ten i highly enjoyed it so thank you. Wish I was around to play those season man hunts
Excellent lore, Must have taken ages to put this together.
Quality content as always. Looking forward to more videos with season 9 dropping.
Man i love this channel
Division agent: * killing rikers *
Hunter: Wanna make this a competition? 🎰🎲🎱♠
Amazing work man!! Greetings from Uruguay
Came back again bc I passed out listening to the lore... Let's try this again.
I feel like the division's lore is far too good to just be a looter shooter
I feel like a lot of the rouge agents who left because the shd weren't prepared were part of the reason it wasn't prepared like look at us we have taken back Washington D.C. multiple times and continues to overcome every obstacle. The agents are good and if they put as much effort into retaking rather than invading the shd would have worked, though the agents who were left behind they have a pretty good reason for going rouge
I think Faye is deep undercover
Shes dead
Awesome video, thanks! Incredible work on rolling the entire story up and including clips and audio from throughout the series. Question: What is the hoodie you're wearing at 1:40:22 (Speculation)?
Since Ghost Recon Breakpoint is dead in the water will you be doing the complete story?
Awesome stuff, thank you for doing this.
My only wish, as someone who didn't participate in the first four or so manhunts, was to at least have the audio logs. All of them, not just the two you get when you unlock them throughout the season. When I completed the expansion, I got a cutscene involving Faye Lau, dead. Really threw me for a loop, because at the time I had absolutely no idea what could possibly cause her to go rogue. Thanks for settling that for me.
That's someting Ubisoft made bad, they sould release the missions for who did't played the pasts seasons
Another execellent video on a game!
I want to know what the Hunters attitude with the black tusk in the last update. i am confused
My sleep Playlist is you, instalation00 and WWII in color. But I would not take that negatively.
Sincerely
An insomniac
Another great and entertaining video!
[sees NGN post a video...does even start playing the video; instant like...THEN starts watching video and loves it immediately]
😆 love you too Mav!
So scorched earth tactics essentially to deprive the enemy of anything of use.
You have a podcast or something? Cause I'd totally listen to it
I watch the entire video lol, this was good
Haha good effort. I had no idea so many people would like this style of longer video.

1:23:16 Magnus is literally just Hags from Bad Company 1 and 2 xD
Where is the petition to put NGN in all the following Division games and universe?
This is one of the best!
Welcome mate!!!
This really makes you wonder are the rogues kind of correct, I feel bad hunting them now
Lol i forgot about raving kestrel lol that was so much fun
thank you for this!!
Just picked up division 2 recently and are these manhunts still playable or were they a time event?
Na only season 2 .
Holy crap, movie edition!
Awesome video 🎉
How long did it take you to make this video? I’m pretty sure you can only replay final manhunt target missions but since you have footage from the different manhunt Lieutenants then it means you would of had to make this video over the course of all the seasons.
I believe this is a compilation of all the manhunt videos he's done over the years
Hell yeah NGN ASMR to fall asleep too 😳
Brilliant!
58:52 Natalya IS the Founder of the Black Tusk xD. She's also got a Rogue Agents Brother who work for Division before. During time his brother became a Div Agents in USA, Natalya on her side had stay in Russia then Found BT using Family Fortune because they was rich lol.
Damn we eating good
This one is good would be nice so see part 2 with rest of story.
Its easier to come back to division 2 after a break (i came back with dlc just after Season 1 ends) just for the story.
But the way they make old manhunts available make me more confused with what exactly happen.
Like when you go after s Lewis and you teleport to the mission to see him and that he is helping us protect shd when we going after black tusk xD
Keener was taken down...? or was he? we will never know what happened to him :P
Huh? We killed him in NY. Thats how we got that SHD Watch.
ye he ded
Great work 👏 👍 👌
From all of these manhunts they all have 1 similar flaw; they allowed their vendetta's and their new sense of power and authority get to their heads.
Any thoughts where division 3 will take place? Pennsylvania maybe?
Imagine a division in Pennsyltucky a mix of urban and forest environments would be amazing
@@ventgoblin330 Yes!
@@ventgoblin330. Disagree; That just sounds kind of boring in my eyes. Also, that would make the map size rival even some of the Far Cry games, though with little reason to actually give that size purpose unlike the Far Cry games if that makes any sense. Maybe set it about 2.5 years after the start of the outbreak, and perhaps change the beginning of the narrative so that the SHD are actually starting out powerful rather than the previous two games where the SHD are fairly weak. (This especially applies to the Division 2 for obvious reasons.) However, as the story goes on, the SHD start to get pushed back by various factions, and the organization's forces in Pennsylvania start to become ever more desperate to maintain order in the area; This, in turn, causes the remaining SHD forces to slowly go farther and farther off the rails in order to keep some form of stability in the region, which ends up gradually alienating the remaining civilian population as time goes on. By the end of the story, the local SHD forces end up psychologically broken, and their idea of the mission ends up warping to the point where they end up becoming just like the hostile factions they originally fought against; This results in your character going full abandon ship as they don't want to take part in the growing darkness infesting the SHD forces in the region, and therefore they end up leaving the region entirely. The post-game could then follow up after a time skip of roughly 5 months, and now your character is one of the driving members of a sort of SHD sect, so you're going up against the rogue SHD forces that are now their own hostile faction; Of course, since the rogue SHD forces have been turned to darkness, they won't hesitate to kill you, but you have to deal with them alongside the remnants of the other factions in the region otherwise things aren't going to change.
@@dragonbornexpress5650 ok that actually sounds sick
Awesome video...loved it
Ok, magnus was hilarious 😂
Have you guys played through both division games and created like a Division Agent File for your player I have both are combat veterans from the US Army and Marines
broo use spotify for that shiit it will be lit afff love you soo much brother
I actually looked into it a while ago, and couldn't figure out how to set it up without heavy limitations.
Might have another look today.
Deceit (The Hunter) was probably send by Bardon to kill his own Agents because they take to many resources and he didnt want to cut ties and p*ss them off or send his own man and p*ss them off aswell so most likely he used his best soldier (1 Hunter will easily Body multiple Division Agents other than players ofc) and it was most likely he would succed in it and didnt fail his assassination mission
Well well well, it seems the end of the season 9 manhunt has changed a lot of things here
Magnus reminds me of Mater. like Mater, Mater from Cars.
I don’t think the SHD is done yet
Remembering what Rick Valassi said in TcD 2
1:16:58 is the video in its wholesomeness!
Great work. 🏆🏆🏆🏆
With such intricate storyline/personalities between characters... Its kinda bit of a waste how the dev didn't really bring out the already existing materials in a more meaningful way to give the game more polish... even more depth... Instead of ending up making it how it is and every single one of them just became another "named boss" for the players.
I was just thinking this today. If they invested more resources/ time into the characters, they would be a lot more memorable in the lore.
