From what I could tell, it looks like...
Credits 1 were used for two episodes. (Our Tree & Going Places)
Credits 2 were used for a majority of the episodes.
Credits 3 was used for the "Playing Together" episode, (likely produced in 1998) only found on the 1998 VHS release. It has a 1999 copyright date because it was set to air in 1999 on Treehouse TV.
Credits 4 was used for the "Playing Together" episode, transitioned to the Treehouse logo w/ Corus Entertainment byline when the episode premiered in Fall 1999.
REMEMBER THAT EVERY FULL EPISODE PREMIERED IN FALL 1999.

The ending for season 2 just sounds like the opening theme, making it sound like the episode is starting.
