Sir my nem is krishna and i m 24 year old kya mujhe austim hosakta kyuki aistim ke sare lakchhad mujh me hai or me aksar apne aspas ke karibi logo ko kahte sunta hu ki umar ke sath mujhme samjh ajaygi , me kabhi apni bat kisi ko samjha nahi pata or dusro ko bhi bilkul samajh nahi pata aksar log kahte hai ki me bat nahi larta par mujhe samjh nahi ata ki me kisi se kya bat karu ,

Sir my daughter 2 year old. She is healthy and very active also she has no issues as you said in 7 sign or red flag.but she is not interested in talking she uses very less word like yum,mum,ba etc should we wait for another 6 months or consult with doctor please guide.
At 2 years of age a child should be able to use meaningful phrases and interact actively using social aspects of communication. You must not waste time and get help by a development team.
