Hi, I'm working on Omni-Channel Supervisor Configurations but facing one issue. There is one option to Select Visible Queues & I'm selecting 1 queue in that option but when I'm checking on Omni Supervisor there are around 8 queues visible. I saw this video in which you are working on the same part. Can you please help me with this issue?
Hi ... when we use omni channel , do we need to use assignment rules for the case object. Will both work together or just omni channel is enough t route to right agent
