Minecraft With Realistic Health Systems

I hate this mod. (first aid mod)
Playing Minecraft but there's a completely new health system which makes it miserable and too hard. Sometimes too much realism is bad.
I will make this a series until I die, with the goal to kill the enderdragon (probably won't happen because I'll die miserably)
