Hello Nate, due to Covid restrictions I now train at home. I cannot hang a heavy bag, I have (what I call) a floor to ceiling bag. Can you Devise a 20 or 30 min routine for that?

Great workout! Ever since I did your "30 Minute Easy Speed Beginners Boxing Workout" a week ago, I had been doing quite a few of your previous workout you posted, really like your workout, thank you.
Can't say enough good things about any and all of the workouts. From the 20 min Insanity to the 6 to 50 Heavy Bag HIIT. I try a different workout to change it up every once in a while and it's better than the previous one. The best on line training I have discovered in years. Got a couple of Pro hockey players hooked on the training and all I hear now is "just got shit kicked by Nate Bower again", hows your day? Not a lot of people can say they make a difference but you certainly can. Cheers

nice one For people like me that have a heavy bag with a base and not hanging, any ideas for the push the bag exercises. Since it isn´t hanging, it doesn´t move as much, and the base doesn´t allow to put the feet in the right place.
@@NateBowerfitness Your 20 minute boxing routine is my current favorite cardio! I would do it 3x a week. It's awesome. We don't have the aqua bag at the gym, just the regular one. :) I enjoy the workout so much. I also did one of your 10-minute HIIT to add whenever I feel like I want more workout :D Big fan of boxing as a workout so I'm so glad I've found your channel! :) Kudos from UAE!

this is some great stuff, been hitting the bags for a month now, this REALLY helps, i put it on in my ears and we go for a solid 20 minutes. Good work

Good session but way too many commercials in the middle of sets. I love your stuff but you gotta figure out how not to have the breaks mid set.
