U can also disable ProMotion by itself by going to accessibility, motion, and then limit frame rate

Battery saving mode does not turn it down to 60hz. You have to go to accessibility settings and reduce motion
You can see hz difference but can feel when you touch or play or even work in monitor or screen
You really only notice the difference if youre playing a videogame or if you focus really hard
