Essentially you are going to be doing 10x3 of every exercise

So I included this workout in my training program 2 days a week and decided I would do it for 3 weeks and after that try and quit this if I failed. So this is the third week and just yesterday I tried to do the one handed pushup AND I DID IT!!! I did a pretty clean rep with a straight back, which was something I never expected myself to do this fast! So thanks a lot homeslice, you're the best! :D

Been doing it for only a week, which means only 4 training sessions (As you said, day on- day off), and today I hit the one arm pushup, not one rep, but managed to do 4 each hand!!! My form still isn't the best but this video is amazing and I thank you so much for the program.

I have been doing these exercises for one month and now I can do one handed push ups. Probably could have done it sooner, but it took me time to figure out that I need my body's core to move a bit to the side while doing the push up, so it could rebalance itself and allow full range of motion.
The best way to build the strength to pull off a legitimate One-Arm Pushup is to master the Archer Pushup. Gradually increase the gap between both hands until you've gained the strength and stability to place the off-hand behind your back. That worked for me.
jupp, this are (in this order) archer-pushups, suicide-chair-choke-pushups, wall-pushups, diamond-pushups, shoulder-destroy-pushups and this whole thing is a disco-pumper workout, where you dont tighten the rest of your body, which is required to not get heavy shoulder injuries after a few sets in inproper form... Please just dont force one armed pushups- for as long as you are not able to do them properly enough so you dont hurt yourself longterm...

3. Do negative one arm push ups
4. Repeat
