Totally unsafe, zero redundancy if the unit fails or has any faults it could well explode. No expansion vessel, no pressure relief valve and flexi hoses won't stand up to the heat changes before failing. I'd also add an RCD socket to the mains line.

Absolutely rubbish....didn't know how to even drill holes....no expansion vessel...no pressure relief valve either..
