This is helpful, but problem is all these programs are not available in every city, very few universities are offering degress in anesthesia, cardiac perfusion etc. And other degrees are mostly offered only at undergraduate level while requirement for jobs are Master. This is the main problem while pursuing new or advance fields.

@Fatima Zahid u shouldn't just rely only on your bachelor degree u must pursue your MS in it because in Pakistan there are less jobs for bachelor degree holders but many universities offering lecturer jobs on the basis of MS degree as there's no competition so you can get job easily and if u complete your phd in it u will be assistant professor directly.Besides that if you wanna do your own business then you can open your lab .Also you can get easy foreign scholarship for MS and phd and for sure you can settle there . there's a lot of scope of this field in europe as well as china
You can get a job in pharmaceutical companies, forensic labs, software house(if u have interest in computer science or if u are a good programmer) ,teaching , research analyst ,

Also Radiology technician/ Technologist usually find jobs in hospitals. It’s not mandatory to do heavy investment and buy devices, although it’s a profitable business, if done with good marketing.
