It’s a common treatment for trans people where ( this is a gross oversimplification) they stop your assigned gender at births hormones and replace them with the correct ones. So in this case, because the creator of the video is a trans woman ( i think) they would be blocking testosterone and getting estrogen( the opposite for trans men)
