You hit the nail on the head. I've long had the vision of what I want to communicate, who I need around me to facilitate that and the impact we aspire to have on both our Clients and the wider world. Of course it's been a long and challenging road - and we're still at the foot of what is a very lofty climb; but Im enormously fulfilled by the project.
