Pointless to use transistors in parallel (or any semiconductor), they DO NOT function like basic electronic components in parallel, such as resistors and capacitors, as one transistor will do all of the work and the rest will just take up space. You could do the same thing with a ZVS driver with a centertap on the primary or even a single BJT with a feedback coil.
I believe to your Opinion, But using more Transistor as Parallel maybe reduce the Heat it creates, i have tried using that on the Video we are seeing, 1x1 D718 same as the diagram of the video, it creates a very high temperature, using 4x4/5x5 reduces the Heat than can damage the Transistor/Mosfet🥹
