Really instructive and entertaining video. I'm now in the UK but had some great times in WA with my best Dhufish at 13kg. I envy your single handed trip out on that breeze, but it did drop. I am astonished about the air bladder dish; who thought of that!? I suggest you would not need a knife glove if you used sharp knives! Fingers are lost using knives without a sharp edge. Many thanks.
Thanks Mate. Trust me my knives are very very sharp. First finger incident was due to passing boat wake on water and second was a kitchen incident using a knife incorrectly 😂 I won’t take risks, after some nerve damage second time around. Hopefully see you back here fishing our fabulous WA waters.
great results for a challenging breeze. Used to cut the cleaned bladders into thin strips before cooking as found it easier to share around. Works a treat in the air fryer!! Another great vid.😀
@@WAFISHING dang! Stay positive bro. Im no doctor but i reckon once spring hits and Sept16 you will feel alot better knowing the demersal ban is off and your free to roam out on the mighty Indian ocean again 👌Not sure if you like crabs? Im sure you do, so another thing to look forward to is after Dec1 we can catch crabs in the sound 🤘. About time hey.
@ryantweddle3167 it’s very trying! yes, crabs are a fav. it was good news. As long as Pros are kept out who destroy the fishery back 20 years ago. Low 5 bag limit will help hopefully also.

Was out the same day at this that easterly killed us camera Doesn’t do it justice
Yeh, it was very very average
Love some bladder crackle👌
Definitely something I think most people would love if they knew.
Hopefully this aids those with the knowledge for next time.
That rod and reel looks awesome, what is the setup. And where did u get it from
It’s a good light setup for me.
Reel was from Japan, rod just locally. Details are in the description.
Well done mate, nice setup
Definitely going to try the swim bladder next time I get a good dhu👍. How much fuel do you use on a trip like that out from Palm beach?
Glad to hear!
About 80-100L usually, weather depending
@@WAFISHING not bad considering your engine is on the whole time yeah? Hope you're feeling better Spence 🍻
@@ryantweddle6155 cheers mate.
No not yet, lots of test done and no answers. The ole ticker has lost its timing. Will take a while to resolve.
