Excellent hotel for families. Staff was extremely friendly, and the food was delicious and beautifully presented. Massive pools for individuals of all ages, as well as a variety of activities. The beach was beautiful, with vast stretches of white sand and clear blue sea. If you prefer more privacy, you can stay in the villas section, like we did and loved it! We enjoyed a fantastic vacation at the Iberostar Cancun, right on the Caribbean Sea. The beach is stunning, and the pools are big and beautiful. Our favourite ones were the steakhouse and the Japanese restaurant; the food was outstanding and well-presented. Every day, the animation team does an outstanding job of coming up with new activities. We'll be back! Nice and detailed video; thank you for sharing.

We visited this resort a few years ago. Amazing landscape and activity options. The beach was wide, and the water had a gorgeous turquoise-blue color. The one thing we didn't like was the attempt to sell memberships immediately upon arrival. I'm not sure if they still do this, but if they do, it's a horrible idea to bug somebody who just arrived at the resort, which is otherwise a gorgeous paradise. For us, it was a memorable and delightful family trip. Excellent staff, kid-friendly, and accommodating to all of our needs. Beautiful resort with wonderful employees! This is our second visit, and we plan to return for Easter. The staff is pleasant, courteous, and helpful. The entertainment team is entertaining and provides a unique aspect to the whole experience. The beach is fantastic, with blue sea and white sand! Great resort review, it's actually pleasant to watch an accurate video review without people walking and talking in the background about their experience, which will undoubtedly differ from mine!

@@atieu It was nice, different vibe than the Mayan Riviera. This was busier and noisier 🙂 but the beach is beautiful and color of the sea amazing. The resort seems great for families with children, lots of activities and the staff is great at entertaining them.
Awesome landscape, helpful staff who quickly learn your name, a diverse selection of activities, and a very clean beach. It was very easy to get drinks and food, there was much to do for the kids, and the pools were fantastic. Lovely all-inclusive resort on a gorgeous beach. Perfect video for people who are visiting for the first time!

The video is brand new. Last week, we stayed there! The weather is nice right now, mostly sunny with a chilly wind. Reservations are only required for the Japanese restaurant; all other restaurants are first come, first served. Thanks for watching, and enjoy your stay there!

To be honest, the buffet was one of the best we tried at All Inclusive Resorts in Mexico, but we stayed during the winter Holidays.😊
