Finally Desi curly hair info!! Btw...a cotton ball is great to do the pre shampoo hair oiling....it holds more oil than when using fingers. Section hair, dip cotton ball in oil and swipe on scalp.... Makes the process much faster. Follow with a good scalp massage.
I had natural curly hair. But I never really used to take care of it and I used to hate my hair. I have done smoothening and some other expensive protein treatment as well. Still I wasn't happy with my hair. Hair fall was uncontrollable. I had seen gazillion curly hair routine videos. But I never really wanted to use any kinda chemicals on my hair as I was already frustrated with my hair loss. Then I came across your video where you used all natural products for curly hair routine. I bought all the stuff (reeta, flax seed and coconut oil) and I started following the routine. It's been almost a month since I started it. And all thanks to you, I am in love with my hair. It's so curly and beautiful. My hair never looked so pretty before. You are sooo cute... Thanks I am waking up to the CG method (saw some of your videos). I used to just scrunch and apply an anti frizz (lately the macadamia argan oil as an anti frizz) and my husband says why don't you comb your hair 😩. Now will try the CG method.
This is the most easiest routine i have seen!! Also you can do a wet plop before applying the mouse to dry your hair faster... It works like magic and gives great clumps too!

Hello Komal, Okay, so i have hormonal imbalance ( i have started the medicines for the same one month back and hairfall is there even before that) and maybe that is causing a lot of hairfall. But also i have been recently oiling my hair and braiding it . So, can braiding hair everyday also leads to breakage and cause hairfall ? Also it is making my hair very difficult to follow the curly girl method recently, as my ends are becoming way too dry, and no deep conditioning mask or conditioner is helpingmy hair. I am noticing a good change and getting compliments. I have used curl up products. Honestly because they are easily available and cheap. But i have not found any deep conditioner yet. Could you help me with that ? Also i am planing to buy the denman brush. Because many curlies swear by it
@@Sandeep-in3kd I would suggest not trying the denman brush if you have lite hair or waves because it can destroy your curl pattern. If you have thick and dense curls then that is great! Also don't just buy products that everyone loves, if it's expensive then read up on all the people that love it and their hair type! Because alot of times their hair type and yours don't match , alot of things that work for others might not work for you!

If no, Do you use CG approved Shampoos and conditioners for other washes and keep the other steps same? Sarsu ka tael is also very nice before shampooing cause is make the hair so soft and smooth and enhance the curls... I tried it today and it made my hair so bouncy and the curl pattern so defined

See it's different for different people, if you feel like your hair or scalp gets build up from products within one wash then you can clarify after each wash but some people feel buildup after 3-4 washes and some feel it after 7-8 washes so it really depends on your scalp and hair buildup of products, if you live in a very hot and hummit climate, workout everyday and feel like your scalp is itchy and hair is heavy all the time then maybe clarify after 2 washes, sulfate free shampoo are a good option if you clarify after each wash or 2 washes because it's gentler.

My whole adult life, I have been asked by hairstylist *with a disgusted look on their faces* what have I got done to my hair that it is so lite and sparse! So when you say it's dense it makes me so happy hahah! My hair is very lite actually but because I use enough to moisturize and seal my hair, it looks dense 🤗

I put my oil in a bottle like a hair dye bottle that comes to a point I have curly thick hair if I don’t use the bottle I end up using a whole bottle of oil just to get some on my scalp lol
I use avocado and pumpkin seed oil my hair is very dry and it helps and doesn’t leave me greasy. The bottle I got from a hair supply store that sells items for hairdressers

If we have low porosity hair then almond oil is good right, since when I put coconut oil it does not absorb since my hair is thin. Is that correct...
Is it ok to use clear shampoo if u don't use conditioner bcoz I don't like conditioner it goes off when I wash and I get again those frizz

Ohmygod really? Did you use kachi ghani? Or refined sarso? I also get tears in my eyes if I use it so I don't! However my husband loves to use it

I used the refined one , the one from market. Didnt make my eyes water or anything... :)

My whole adult life, I have been asked by hairstylist *with a disgusted look on their faces* what have I got done to my hair that it is so lite and sparse! So when you say it's dense it makes me so happy hahah! My hair is very lite actually but because I use enough to moisturize and seal my hair, it looks dense 🤗

until I started cg routine they would each time tell 'what have you done to your hair' n trust did not used heat tool even once..!

I put my oil in a bottle like a hair dye bottle that comes to a point I have curly thick hair if I don’t use the bottle I end up using a whole bottle of oil just to get some on my scalp lol

I use avocado and pumpkin seed oil my hair is very dry and it helps and doesn’t leave me greasy. The bottle I got from a hair supply store that sells items for hairdressers
