I love that Jonathan treats Nancy like her own person and gives her the space she needs to be who she wants to be. I love Steve (esp his mom arc lol) but he looks at Nancy like she’s some delicate flower that needs to be protected all the time.

i honestly really liked how they showed their rough patches but in the end were still together bc in tv shows now it’s like one argument or bad day or misunderstanding and they split up when that’s not how it should be. they just needed a little work.

i honestly agree they have chemistry and all but that’s just because we haven’t seen Nancy and Jonathan interact at all for a while :(( I mean yeah I like that they’re showing us how Steve really loved and still loves Nancy, but Nancy going back to loving Steve doesn’t make sense specially how much they’ve given us character development for these two. We don’t need another love triangle, we just need better communication for Nancy and Jonathan to develop their relationship.

It would have been great of him to have more screentime, learn more about his future plans or what he's going through in Cali, but the whole Cali gang had very little screentime and nothing to do at all, the whole arc is 100% based on Eleven and once El separated from them, they stopped having scenes
