Beguiling as they may be, our prime objective must always be to raise healthy, well adjusted orphans before returning them to their rightful place in the wild to bolster flagging populations and to pollinate and disperse the seeds of biodiversity thus ensuring a future for Australian forests.

She is so cute ♡ We had a baby brown bat come up under the house and fly around my kids room. One of my girls ran downstairs screaming. My other two kids and our cat were very interested. The kids got a kitchen strainer and I carefully caught him. We stroked his soft wings, named him Boris. Said a little prayer for protection and sent him off into the evening sky. We have always helped animals...everyone should 🦇🦇🦇🦇🦇🦇🤗🤗🤗🤗

So curious for such a young pup! They're usually just velcro'd to mom at that age, drinking lots of milk and soaking up all the cuddles and grooming they possibly can. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure she loves being held, and snuggled and groomed, but she is so CURIOUS! You can see her ears going every which way, and her head turning all over as she attempts to see absolutely everything nearby. Probably also trying to find any different smells.
It's just so incredibly adorable to watch her searching the room, bobbing her head and twitching her ears. Such a precious baby!
