It was on purpose, Martinez would enter lockdown mode and run upstair with her bodyguards allowing you to sneak downstair undetected.

@@AJNguyenYT Please people, note that when you pierce the water machine using your pistol, you should stay on the opposite side of the room, otherwise Martinez would sometime investigate the sound, she would not die, and her assistant would die instead. Be careful with that. Same as shooting her at the beginning, do it from far away (I mean do not walk like 10 meters) otherwise you get spotted by workers or whatever.
I could speed run it until I killed the guy in the mansion, but got caught stupidly and got angry. After 150 tries, I decided to do it one step at a time and knock out everyone on the right side (the 2 gardners, the 2 guards, the 1 guard near the pool, the trophy wife, the staff girl, the other wandering thug, plus using the TV to KO the 2 guards enjoying the girls, so that I get less chances to get spotted. All in all, it eventually worked, even though I ranked around the middle of the ranking, but I don't care much :)

I don't think this run is recreatable. The 2nd needs a lot of luck.

@@rafaoliva5451 Same here. Same behavior in Bangkok hotel from one floor above through pure concrete. This game is seriously flawed.
If you have the Ghost sniper rifle, its pretty easy.. Just do Rico first.. Start at normal entry with Sieger in suitcase, run up to his villa gate, shoot the right camera, run to the right along the wall until you get to the vine you can climb.. Take out sniper, climb up vine, crouch at top and check Instinct to see Rico walk next to his garage.. If above is performed smoothly and while running, you have some 3-5 sec window to snipe him.. Climb down vine, conceal sniper and head over to Andrea.. Wait outside in the bushes across the window of the room in the video.. Wait for her to make the call and when her assistant walks out, take the shot.. Conceal sniper again and climb over the wall..
Franco is easy.. Just get into his compound and once inside, circle right side around the premises until you get to the guard at chopper pad.. Distract him into the fields, knock him out and drag him away for a bit.. Wait with sniper for a shot when Franco enters and leaves his cabin.. Run up to chopper after shooting him and you’re home free..
Its not luck, its timing. Wait until you got 3/4 spotted and he will investigate
when you enter the bathroom make your only save, and the problem is over
well this is better than mr. freeze's run
True but sometimes the lockdown mode is a bit random sometimes she won't be lured by the water bottle otherwise it is smooth like a silk

for me, every time she walks into the room with the electrical trap, either her assistant or that guard gets electrocuted, not martinez.
You first have to put him into a targetlockdown. Like he does by shooting next to the target

Ok they must have updated Andrea’s movement since this was posted, This no longer works, her assistant is the one who ends up dying
Ok this is very late. But if your still interested. You have to make sure she’s in lockdown otherwise it will be the assistant. Be very thorough and don’t hesitate to check if you’ve missed something.

Hey can someone PLEASE tell me, did IO fix bug where if you snipe a target for example on sapienza from the tower, all the guards will run to the location you were sniping? And have they also fixed some of the dumb AI Logic and stupid stuff they do in game?
As of December 2021, this has not been fixed. The guards still run to the location from where the player snipes.
Is it a bug ? It sound reasonable that guards would search for shooter after hearing gunshot and they might deduct direction from where bullet come from.
Wait how did he kill Andrea Martinez?
He shot at the power strip to sabotage it, then at the water jug to cause a leak. When Martinez steps into the puddle she gets electrocuted.
