@@DWPlanetA ... as people become more affluent they consume more, a no brainer.... so comparing an Indian family of 4 to an American family of 4 is stupid frankly.
Now go compare water quality, see who flushes the most garbage into waterways and the ocean for example.
There is no shortage of humans on the planet, the growth is engineered partly by culture and for infinite economic growth.... the state of equilibrium is a folly because technology fills the gap at the expense of natural resources, space, and fauna/flora.
One good doctor says we do not have a CO2 emissions problem, we have a sequestration problem, long lived forests and woodland do get cleared however scientific manipulation shows the planet has greened via satellite however crops show up as green, there is huge imbalance in real woodland today as there was 200 years ago.

it might be more that agriculture is a high CO2 emitter due to our farming and herding practices, and wasting food is wasting the embedded CO2 emission, because if we would only produce as much as we need, we would have much less absolute emission from agricultural practices (and their logistics)

If we reduce co2 in atmosphere by half we would die of hunger. Even NASA says the world is gjetting greener. Climate are controlled by the SUN. Everything in our solar system is in cycles. We know the sun cycles and we know there Will start a mini ice age around the year 2030. That is why the globalists are in hurry to ruin our democracies because they know their climate hoax Will be known.
